Cheryl LeMaster

PhD – Leadership and Change

Cheryl LeMaster is a practitioner specializing in the human side of large-scale change and transition in complex systems.  Cheryl has more than 25 years experience teaching, training, consulting, managing projects, and facilitating organizational change and transition efforts.  She has served in leadership positions and managed government projects at DOL, DOE, HHS, DHS, and DoED.

Cheryl has a Bachelor’s in Education and a M.A. in Human and Organization Development from The George Washington University. Cheryl earned a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University where her research focused on leading large-scale change in complex adaptive systems.

Mike Valentine

J.D. and PhD – Leadership and Change

Michael Valentine is a business consultant and executive coach who brings over 30 years of experience working to improve business results for companies in a wide range of sectors. Michael has held senior leadership positions in some of the best-run companies in the world in Operations and Human Resources. Michael has extensive experience working with teams developing and implementing strategy and leadership talent.

Michael received a Juris Doctor (JD) from Temple University School of Law and holds a BA in Political Science from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina where he also received his commission as a US Naval Officer. He has a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University. His research focused on behavior change in complex organizations.
