Sandra Hughes is an organizational consultant and coach with over 30 years of corporate leadership experience across multiple industries. She specializes in developing leaders, creating high performance teams, team alignment and engagement, leadership coaching, and leveraging personality assessments for increased awareness and optimized performance. She has held leadership positions in human resources and talent management for several global organizations. As Managing Partner for TruEdge Consulting, Sandra provides consulting in organization and leadership development, team alignment and program design. Sandra holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Change Management from the College of Saint Elizabeth and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Radford University.

Michael Valentine is a business consultant, leadership coach, and NYU professor who brings over 30 years of experience working to improve business results for companies in a wide range of sectors. Michael has held senior leadership positions in some of the best-run companies in the world in Operations and Human Resources. Michael has extensive experience working with teams developing and implementing strategy and leadership talent. Michael received a Juris Doctor (JD) from Temple University School of Law and holds a BA in Political Science from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina where he also received his commission as a US Naval Officer. He has a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University. His research focused on behavior change in complex organizations.

Cheryl LeMaster is a change coach and consultant specializing in the human side of large-scale change and transition in complex systems. Cheryl has more than 25 years experience teaching, training, consulting, managing projects, and facilitating organizational change and transition efforts. She has served in leadership positions and managed government projects at DOL, DOE, HHS, DHS, and DoED. Cheryl has a Bachelor’s in Education and a M.A. in Human and Organization Development from The George Washington University. Cheryl earned a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University where her research focused on leading large-scale change in complex adaptive systems.
